Right from the start Colette listened to what I was looking for, explained all my options and answered my questions. Office staff was wonderful too as a drop off place for documents. I was looking with another agency for quite some time and was getting very underserved. Your Agency was a complete improvement. Very pleased! Also, always had the answer to all my questions about other service folks for inspections and cleaning ect. Could not have had a better experience. After months of disappointment looking with another firm I met Colette and withing weeks had an offer to purchase on my new home with advice on how to proceed. Great no pressure personality.
